Do you take custom orders?

Yes! We love making custom pieces. If you love one of our designs but would like to have it in different colors, we would love to hear from you. Email us at hello@abigailmaydesigns.com to start planning your custom piece. 

Custom orders will typically cost 10% more than the original product price.

How do I care for my Abigail May products?

Spot clean or hand wash with cool water and mild detergent. Reshape and dry flat. Do not wring. Lightly steam if necessary.

How soon will my order ship?

Most items will ship within 5 business days. We are a handmade shop, so occasionally items will take longer.

Once a product ships, you will receive a tracking number from us that you can use to track your order with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays after we have shipped your product.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes! If you live in Amarillo, TX, we can arrange for free delivery.

To see if you live within our delivery radius, enter your address at checkout. If you are eligible, you will then be able to choose Local Delivery. We will contact you to arrange delivery as soon as your order is complete, usually within 3-4 days.

If you have other questions about delivery, contact us before placing your order.

What if I have an issue with my order?

We want you to love your purchase. If you have concerns or questions, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with returns or exchanges.
